Details

Questions or offers to pick up lunch should be sent to the lunch coordinator, currently vacant. If you would like to volunteer for this position, please email a WICSE officer! There is a budget of about $120 per lunch; those who pick up lunch are reimbursed by WICSE. Plan to serve 20-25 people, with at least 5 vegetarian lunches.

Note that WICSE maintains a box of common non-perishable lunch supplies like plates, cups, napkins and forks, so you do not need to worry about bringing those.
