This tests the EECS Instructional "cw2eecs" converter, which redirects to the appropriate class WEB site on the EECS server when invoked from a class WEB site on the CourseWEB server.

If this html file is in a subdirectory that mimics the directory names on CourseWEB, then call the "cw2eecs" converter without args.   This is the most realistic test.
