LAB 1

Please read through the instrument handout (lab1_guide.pdf) to become familiar
with the equipment we will be using in the lab. Also, please read the lab 
handout (lab1_report.pdf) and complete the prelab questions in the blue boxes
BEFORE your lab section. Please transfer your answers to the prelab summary
sheet and hand this to your lab TA at the beginning of the lab section.

NOTE: You do not need to do any of the work in the guide. The guide is here just
so you can develop familiarity with the equipment we will be using.
