1. About wordings in the homework, but how to abstract the 
precise mathematical model reflecting the real world problem 
is a technique you should try to obtain in this class. 
So probably the later on homework questions will still in 
the previous style.

2. About office hours, the professor will last his office 
hours as long as there are questions from the students, 
so it is ok that you are coming late.  
For the TA, there will be one additional office hour in 
Tue 4-5pm in 493@Cory, started this week. Besides, 
sometime TA can answer some questions regarding to 
most of the time,s after the discussion sections.

3. The homework might be hard, so beside going to office 
hours, we encourage you to discuss in group, sometime 
you get clear in discussion and you might know other 
approaches for the same problem, which is in general 
a good thing. 

4.Please use the newsgroup ee126.class.ucb more 
often, because many times people has the same question 
regarding the homework or lecture, by posting and  
looking at messages on newsgroup, you can get your 
answers in a easier way. Minghua explained the May 
B Lucky's odds problem six times last week! Using the 
news group will both save your time and enable more 
distinct questions in office hours.
