5/9 The review session will be in Cory 241.
4/28 Homework 14 is now online. Please note it is due Friday May 4th.
4/25 Homework 13 has two typos. For problem 1 the magnitude of the gain should be greater than 75. For both problem 1 and 2 do not use V_BE=0.7V, instead use I_S=1e-16A.
4/17 For all you crazy folks who manage to work ahead, Homework 13 is now online. Don't worry, it isn't due until Friday April 27.

3/21 The homework 9 solution handed out in lecture today had an error in it. In problem 1, the wrong number was pluged into the r_0 equation. An updated solution is now online.

2/26 The small signal circuit drawing for problem 4 has been fixed in the midterm 1 solution.
2/25 The midterm 1 solution is now on the web. One correction has been made from the version handed out in class - Vgs in problem 4 is 1.5V not 2V. Also the small signal diagram in problem 4 does not have RL connected correctly. This will be fixed soon.
2/22 Two sign errors in homework 3 solution have been corrected. Any questions about homework grading should be sent to the reader.

2/20 Homework problem 5.1 has a typo. The gate voltage should be 5 volts.
2/18 In the solution for homework problem 3.1b, an incorrect value was used in a calculation. An updated solution is now available.
2/14 For the last problem of homework 4, you do not have to include channel length modulation in your current equation, ie, lambda=0.

1/25 Everyone's office hours are now listed on the instructors page. Note that William's office hours were moved to Monday 1-2 so they no longer overlap with the professor's office hours.
