If you find any bugs, those were put in there on purpose so
you guys can learn what NOT to do. =)

SW3 - Switches between Status, Address Setup, and Channel and CNS Setup
SW2 - Locks network info in Address and Channel States
SW1 - Hard Reset

Start - SoftReset and Begin
R button - Rotate during Placement
A button - Place and Fire at Ships
D-Pad    - Move Cursor

STATE: Address Setup
SW9  [8:1] -> Src Address
SW10 [8:1] -> Dest Address

STATE: Channel and CNS Setup
SW9  [4:1] -> Channel
SW10 [1]   -> CNS

Feel free to choose your own setup scheme. Just be able to change the channel
you play on at some point in the game process.

You are also required to display Wins and Losses.
Message System is not a requirement.
